What artwork files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, EPS, AI and TIFF are accepted up to 20 MB. Transparent PNG is preferred for DTF transfers. Vector and production files receive manual review.
How do you check image quality?
Effective DPI is based on your pixel dimensions divided by the print dimensions in inches. At the default settings, 300+ DPI is print ready, 200–299 DPI carries a warning, 150–199 DPI requires your confirmation, and below 150 DPI is rejected.
Can I approve a proof before printing?
Yes. Required digital proofs appear in your account. You can approve the latest proof or request changes. Production cannot begin until payment and required proof approval are complete.
How is my price calculated?
Product prices are based on the selected style and quantity tier. Products without configured prices require a quote. Additional services, taxes and delivery charges are confirmed separately.
Can I pay online?
Online payments are not connected yet. You can submit an order request; payment will be arranged and confirmed before printing.
What are the delivery options?
Pickup, shipping and local delivery can be requested. Availability, charges and timings will be confirmed with your order.

Yes. Artwork assistance is available by request. We will confirm the scope and cost before any paid work begins.
